The videos don't show on my website

The code isn't on your website yet, or nobody has opened that page since you pasted it. Paste it (see Where do I paste the code?), save your website, then open the page yourself once.

The code is on your site, but the widget has no videos it can show. In the Videos step, press Add videos and add at least one approved video. Then press Publish.

Your changes are waiting. Press Publish. See Why don't my changes show on my website?

Nobody opened that page lately, or the code was taken off it (for example when the page was redesigned). Open your website and check the code is still there.

1. 1Reload the page. If your site uses a cache plugin, clear the cache.
2. 2Check you're on the page where you pasted the code.
3. 3Some website builders remove scripts. In Get code, use the version under Your builder removes scripts? instead.
4. 4If your site has strict security settings (a "Content-Security-Policy"), ask whoever looks after your website to allow saycandid.com for scripts and frames.

On Free a widget shows up to 6 videos. Videos marked Needs preparing or Archived don't show either. The Videos step tells you next to each video why it isn't shown.

Make a new, empty page on your website and paste only the code there. Open it.

• The videos show on the new page: something on the first page blocks them, often a theme setting or a plugin. Paste the code in a different spot on that page, or use the version under Your builder removes scripts? in Get code.
• They don't show on the new page either: your website blocks outside code. Send the message in How do I put videos on my website? to whoever looks after your site.
