What does "Needs preparing" mean?
Some uploaded videos, often from iPhones, need a one-time conversion before they can go on a website. It's one click on a computer.

Phones save videos in different formats. Some, often iPhone videos that were uploaded as a file, don't play in every web browser. So before such a video can go on your website, SayCandid converts it once.
- Open the video on a computer (Video reviews, click it, press Edit).
- Under Needs preparing for your website, press Prepare for website.
- Keep the tab open until it says Ready for the website. It takes about as long as the video.
That's it. You can now approve it and add it to your website as usual.
The button doesn't work, or it says the browser can't read the video
Converting needs a computer with Chrome or Edge, or Safari on a Mac. It doesn't work on phones. Open SayCandid on a computer and try again.
