How do I change my password or email?

Change your password

1. 1Sign out (account menu, bottom left, Sign out).
2. 2On the Log in page, press Forgot password?.
3. 3Type your email and press Send reset link.
4. 4Open the email, type your new password twice and press Save and sign in.

Passwords need at least 10 characters. This also works if you signed up with Google and want a password as well.

Change your email address

There's no "change email" button, but you can move your business to the new address yourself. Your videos, links and widgets all stay.

1. 1Open Settings → Members and invite your new email address. See How do I add someone from my team?
2. 2Open the invite email at the new address, create your account with it and press Join.
3. 3Back in your old account, on the Members tab, press Make owner next to the new address.
4. 4Sign in with the new address. On the Members tab, press Remove next to the old one.

On Pro? The plan belongs to the business, so it moves along too. Nothing to cancel or buy again.
