How SayCandid works

SayCandid helps you collect short video reviews from happy customers and show them on your website. Your customers don't need an app or an account. They open a link and record in their browser.

The three steps

1. 1Send a link. You make a link in a minute and send it to a customer by WhatsApp, text or email. See How do I ask a customer for a video?
2. 2They record, you approve. The video lands in Video reviews. Nobody else sees it until you approve it. See How do I approve a video?
3. 3Put it on your website. You paste one piece of code on your site once. After that, every video you add shows up there by itself. See How do I put videos on my website?

Where things are

The menu on the left has everything you need:

• New request: make a new link to ask for a video.
• Video reviews: the videos your customers sent. New ones wait under To review.
• Review requests: every link you made, and the videos each one got.
• Widget: how your videos look on your website, and the code to add them.

Your email address at the bottom left opens your account menu. That's where you find Settings, your notifications and this help.
