How do I change the shape for Instagram, Reels or YouTube?
Choose Shape in the editor and pick square, 4:5, upright 9:16 or wide 16:9. Drag the video to frame the face.

- Open the video (Video reviews, click it, press Edit).
- Choose Shape on the left.
- Pick a shape:
- Original: same shape as the recording.
- 1:1: square, for the Facebook and Instagram feed.
- 4:5: a bit taller, takes more of the screen in the feed.
- 9:16: upright, for Stories and Reels.
- 16:9: wide, for YouTube, websites and presentations.
- Drag the video to put the face in the middle. Use Zoom to get closer. Centre and Reset crop put it back.
Pick the cover picture
The cover is the still picture people see before they press play. Play the video to a nice moment, smiling and eyes open, and press Use current frame under Cover.
