How do I give a thank-you gift or discount?

A small thank-you gets you more videos. You choose what your customer sees after they press Send video.

1. 1Make a new request, or open one and press Edit.
2. 2Open the After they send tab.
3. 3Pick one:

• Just a thank-you: a thank-you on screen, nothing else.
• Discount code: a code they can copy, like 10% off.
• Link button: a button to your shop or booking page.
• Code + link: one button copies the code and opens your link.
• Google review: their video becomes a ready Google review. See How do I get Google reviews?

1. 4Fill in the code and what it gets them, or the link and its button text.
2. 5Press Create and copy link (or Save changes).

Tell them before they record

Turn on Mention the gift before they record. Your customer then sees one line on their first screen, like "A thank-you gift is waiting when you send your video". It never shows the code itself.
