Is it really free?

Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Sign up, send your first link and put the videos on your website. You can stay on it as long as you like.

When is Pro coming, and what will it cost?

We’re finishing it now and haven’t set the price yet. If you need more than the Free plan before then, write to us and we’ll sort it out with you.

What happens when I reach 25 videos?

Your links still take 5 more, so nobody gets turned away mid-review. After that they pause and show a friendly “not taking new videos right now”. Delete a few you don’t need, or get in touch for more.

Will I lose anything if I stay on Free?

No. Every video you collect stays yours. Nothing is deleted or hidden because of your plan.

Do my customers need an app or an account?

No. They open your link and record in their phone’s browser. They can also upload a video they already have.

Can I use the videos in my ads?

Yes. Before sending, every customer agrees to their video being shown on your website and in your ads. You can download each one, cropped for Reels or your feed, with captions on it.

Will it work on my website?

If you can paste a piece of code on your site, it works: Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and most others. We show you where to paste it. The video wall loads only when visitors scroll to it, so your site stays fast.

Can my team use it too?

Yes. Invite them by email. The Free plan has room for 3 people, you included.
