How do I turn emails about new videos on or off?

1. 1Open your account menu (your email, bottom left) and choose Settings.
2. 2Open the Emails tab.
3. 3Turn Email me about new videos on or off.

This is your own choice. Each person in your team sets it for themselves.

When several videos come in close together, you get one email for all of them, so your inbox stays calm.

Tips and offers

The business owner can also turn Tips and Pro offers on or off here. Every one of those emails has a link to stop them too.

Emails about your account, signing in and billing always come, whatever you choose.

Notifications in SayCandid

Click your email at the bottom left. The newest notifications are at the top of the menu, and See all notifications shows the last 20 days. Your picture glows while something is unread.
