How do I cancel Pro?

1. 1Open your account menu (your email, bottom left) and choose Settings.
2. 2Open the Plan & billing tab.
3. 3Press Cancel plan (at the bottom).
4. 4We show what changes on Free, then a few optional questions. You can skip them.
5. 5Press the cancel button to confirm.

Only the business owner can cancel.

What happens

• In the first 14 days: you get a full refund straight away, and your business moves to Free. The money is back on your card in 5 to 10 days.
• After that: Pro keeps running until the end of the month you paid for. Nothing more is charged. Then your business moves to Free.

Changed your mind before the end date? Press Keep Pro on the same tab.

What changes on Free

• You keep every video and every link. Nothing is deleted.
• Each widget shows its first 6 videos. Drag the ones you want to the top.
• The SayCandid label comes back.
• Email invites and reminders stop. Links you already sent keep working.
• New links can be up to 2 minutes. AI drops to 60 minutes a month and ad downloads to 3.

Everything comes back the moment you get Pro again.
