How do I upgrade to Pro?
Settings → Plan & billing → Upgrade to Pro. Pay by card, and Pro switches on right away.

- Open your account menu (your email, bottom left) and choose Settings.
- Open the Plan & billing tab.
- Press Upgrade to Pro.
- Pay on the secure payment page that opens.
- You come back to SayCandid and see You're on Pro. Thanks!
Every Pro feature is on straight away. You can also press any button marked Pro in SayCandid and choose Upgrade to Pro.

"Your payment is still being confirmed"
Some banks take a little longer. Pro switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within the hour. You don't need to pay again.
"No payment was made"
You closed the payment page before paying. Nothing changed. Press Upgrade to Pro again whenever you're ready.
