What does my customer see?

A simple page with your logo and questions. They record or upload, pick stars, type their name and send. No app, no account.

Your customer opens your link on their phone or computer. There are four short steps: Record, Check, Rate, Send.

  1. Record. They see your logo, your note and your questions. They press Record a video, or Upload a video instead if they already filmed one.
  2. Check. They watch it back. If they don't like it, they press Record again. When it's good, they press Use this video.
  3. Rate. They tap 1 to 5 stars.
  4. Send. They type their name (role and company are optional), tick the box that lets you use the video, and press Send video.
The whole thing on a phone, from picking a video to the last step.

Then they see a thank-you, plus your gift if you set one up. The video lands in your Video reviews.

See it yourself

  1. Open the request (Review requests on the left, then click it).
  2. Open the ⋯ menu and choose Open link.

You can try it, but anything you send there arrives as a real video. Just delete it afterwards.

What they agree to

Before sending, your customer ticks a box. It says they agree that you may use the video, their name, and the role and company they typed, on your website and in ads. It also says the video may be shortened, cropped and captioned, and that they can take back their consent by writing to you. You can see when they agreed under Consent and file, next to each video.
